Sofía Vergara is officially in business with her son Manolo Gonzalez Vergara! The pair celebrated the launch of their new culinary brand, Toma, at a party at Hyde Sunset Kitchen + Cocktails in Los Angeles on Friday, June 7. The Columbian actress, 51, wore a black semi-sheer dress with embellishments to the event, as she posed beside her son, who looked dapper in a navy blue suit. She held one of the brand’s products and a martini full of olives in one of the photos. Toma was started by Sofía and Manolo, 32, alongside hospitality executive Sam Nazarian, so they could “share the best of Latin cuisine with the world,” per the brand’s website. According to a joint video shared by Toma, Sofía, Manolo and others on Instagram on May 24, the brand’s first few endeavors involve launching empanadas, salsas and pandebono — a traditional Columbian cheese bread. “So excited to be sharing our new delicious project @eattoma ??. Come try it out at @eeeeeatscon on June 8 & 9!” read the caption of the video. The PEOPLE Puzzler crossword is here! How quickly can you solve it? Play now! The Griselda star might be her son’s business partner right now, but she told PEOPLE in an exclusive cover story for the May Beautiful issue that she can’t wait until her only child gives her a new title — abuela (which means “grandma” in Spanish). “I think I’ll be a fun grandmother,” Sofía said, joking that she already has some practice being a grandmother to Manolo’s dog. “On the weekends, he just drops his dog at my house,” she said, comparing it to how she used to drop Manolo off at her mom’s house so she could go out on the weekends sometimes when he was younger. Manolo’s father is Sofía’s high school sweetheart, Joe Gonzalez.
