Brooklyn Peltz-Beckham is opening up about becoming a dad. In an interview with InStyle published on Monday, June 10, Peltz-Beckam, 25, shared that kids are a big topic of discussion for him and his wife, Nicola Peltz-Beckham, 29. The two tied the knot in April 2022. “I always wanted to be a young dad, but, obviously, [it’s] up to my wife,” he said. “My wife really wants kids as well. Kids have clearly always been on the couple’s mind, with Peltz-Beckham also explaining that the reason for combining their last names was the thought of their future children. “I wanted to honor my wife’s last name as well, and we thought about it for so long and we were just like, ‘When we have kids, we would love to have little Peltz-Beckhams running about,’ ” he recalled. “I just thought it was a cute idea to have both, two last names.” After discussing his future family life, Peltz-Beckam looked back on his own childhood, sharing his thoughts on being a “nepo baby” to his famous parents, David and Victoria Beckham. Play now! “I mean, I can’t help how I was born,” he said. “I couldn’t ask for better parents and I’m just trying to work my ass off and trying to make a name for myself. That’s all I can say, really.” He continued, “I think what I wanted for so long — especially the last few years — is I really wanted to make a name for myself. I’m always going to have haters and that’s fine, and it’s probably going to get worse.” “I hope not, but I’m excited for people to try [Cloud23] and I don’t know, what else can I say? Where would I want my business to be in 20 years? I want my product to be [everywhere],” the entrepreneur said of his company, which is described to the the magazine as being in the “food space.” He added, “I would love to have my own restaurant. You have to be happy to be successful. That’s important.”
