That is the question frustrated residents of Kennedia Lane in Mt Claremont asked City of Nedlands councillors this week, claiming they are dealing with flooding, dust and safety issues because of the road’s decade-long deterioration. Credit: Google Maps. He was one of four locals to speak out at Tuesday’s meeting after a recent site visit from Nedlands councillors Hengameh Amiry and Kerry Smyth. Helen Muhling, who told the meeting dust issues were her biggest concern, said those councillors agreed the condition of Kennedia Lane was “like a Third World country”. “I know its not just about aesthetics … but it just looks disgusting,” she said.
