The TV host took to Instagram on Thursday to reveal she was “starting slow” with a new workout regime. The footage showed the 56-year-old trying out her new at-home pilates reformer machine, by Your Reformer, a brand she has partnered up with. “This year hasn’t quite gone to plan. (Exercise wise) I’ve been constantly booking classes and then having to cancel because of work/life.. so I’ve brought the plan to me. A pilates reformer in my house!” Barr captioned the video. Last month during Sunrise, the mother of two opened up about how much she misses living with her kids after her youngest had just moved out of home. “I miss them so much,” she said.
