The capped fare applies to anyone with a WA Seniors Card. The government says the seniors fare cap will save them at least $50 per person. “Rottnest Island is one of our most iconic tourism destinations and we want more Western Australians to be able to access and enjoy our island paradise,” Tourism Minister Rita Saffioti said.
