Tarek El Moussa and Heather Rae El Moussa are enjoying Father’s Day with their blended family! On Sunday, July 16, the HGTV stars shared photos on Instagram of their family’s celebrations for the holiday, with all three kids in tow. Earlier in the day, Heather, 36, shared a preview of what the day’s festivities might entail when she filmed herself — and the couple’s 1-year-old son, Tristan — in front of tons of blue and silver balloons, with some spelling out: “Happy Father’s Day.” Another post showed Tarek, 42, Heather, Tristan, and his son Brayden, 8, and daughter Taylor, 13, both of whom he shares with ex-wife Christina Hall. The blended family all posed together with big smiles — and with Brayden and Tristan in matching button-down shark-print shirts — as they gathered for Father’s Day. In another post, Heather shared a lengthy caption and tons of photos of Tarek spending time with all three of his children as they dressed up as pirates, hung out near the ocean and posed together as a family. “My Love ❤️, Happy Father’s Day,” she began the lengthy post, addressing her husband of nearly three years. “Today we celebrate you even though every day should be a celebration because of how hard you work to make sure our family is taken care of. You put us before yourself. You always show up for the kids and make time even though [your] schedule is crazy.” The PEOPLE Puzzler crossword is here! How quickly can you solve it? The Selling Sunset star also shared several photos of her father-in-law, Bill, and her own dad — some of them from her and Tarek’s 2021 Santa Barbara wedding. “Dad, Your strength taught me to never give up, your organization taught me punctuality. You are strong willed, and determined,” Heather wrote. “You taught me what it was like to have a good man in my life, which led me to my husband. You warmed my car up and cleaned the snow off my car at five in the morning, washed my car filled it up with gas and never let me leave the house unprepared.” “You taught me hard work and worked double shifts to provide for our family. You are an amazing man, dad and and grandpa. I love you so much,” she added, before addressing her father-in-law. “Bill, thank you for raising the man of my dreams. Happy Father’s Day. I love you.” Never miss a story — sign up for PEOPLE’s free daily newsletter to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from juicy celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. Tarek also shared an Instagram post of his own, in which he expressed how grateful he feels to have “three amazing children and an incredible wife.” “These photos remind me of how lucky I am,” he wrote, before addressing his previous cancer diagnoses. “Take it all..the shows…the houses…the businesses…all of it! It doesn’t matter, as long as I have my babies! I remember fighting two cancers in 2013 wondering if I’d have more kids, or even be alive to have them,” he continued. “Today, I have three amazing children, an incredible wife, and I’m the healthiest version of myself ever. Never give up hope. Happy Father’s Day everyone❤️.” In April, Tarek shared a photo on his Instagram from his family’s trip to Disneyland, which included all three of his kids. “Rain or shine we were determined to do Disney yesterday! ? And I have to say, it may have been one of my favorite family days yet!” he wrote in his caption at the time. Earlier in April, Tarek joined host Jennifer Hudson on The Jennifer Hudson Show and discussed how it’s been transitioning from a two-kid to a three-kid household after welcoming son Tristan last year. “I finally feel like I’m ready to be a dad,” Tarek joked. “It’s a different experience. When I was in my 20s when I had my daughter, I was young, I was building my business,” he continued. “I was overwhelmed. I was stressed out. And today, I’m a little more established. I’m a little older. I’m a little wiser. So it’s a different experience and I’m really enjoying it.” Asked if his older kids have been helping out with his baby boy, Tarek said it’s been a mix. “Well, my daughter is definitely helpful. My son? We’re getting there,” he laughed. “He loves to play with his brother. He’ll play with his daughter all day long but helping? That’s questionable.”
