Bianca Censori has been accused of sending porn to Kanye West’s Yeezy employees in a new lawsuit, it has been claimed. Eight Yeezy employees – including some minors – reportedly filed legal documents against the Carnival rapper and his company in California on Saturday. The paperwork alleges that staff members were bullied, not paid and suffered under harsh labor conditions during their time with the brand. They claimed that they were subjected to cruel and derogatory behavior from the 47-year-old and members of his team, including his then-chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, during the development of a streaming app. Following the announcement that West would be getting into the adult film industry with the launch of a Yeezy Porn Studio, legal documents obtained by the Washington Post alleged that Censori allegedly sent one member of the team a link to ‘hardcore pornography’. ‘No guardrails were put in place to prevent the underage YZYVSN workers from working on Yeezy Porn, or to prevent them from being exposed to and being forced to view pornography to perform their work,’ the paperwork said, via the outlet.

TMZ reports that minors on the team were not shielded from seeing the video, but the 29-year-old was not named as a defendant in the lawsuit. Elsewhere, West and his company, including Yiannopoulos – who resigned in May – were accused of not paying members of the team for working long hours while working on the streaming app, and also subjected them to cruel and derogatory taunts. It has been alleged that the employees, some as young as 14 years old, were called ‘slaves’ and ‘new slaves’, with their developer communications becoming hostile. The paperwork reportedly alleges that some of the messages, sent via Discord, saw team members bullied over their ethnicity, age, race and sexuality, while Black staffers were met with racial slurs. According to the Washington Post, the Discord channel for new employees was titled ‘new slaves’ until a Black team member asked for this to be changed. The streaming app was eventually completed in May, after which company bosses vowed that staff members would be paid, but this money reportedly never came through. The employees behind the lawsuit are said to be seeking payment for unpaid wages and emotional distress – but a monetary amount has not been made public. West and Censori have not spoken publicly about the lawsuit, while Yiannopoulos branded it a ‘joke’ in a scathing tweet, vowing to ‘eviscerate the complaint on camera’.
