Attendees were treated to folk, semi-classical, and contemporary dance performances by renowned groups, including Jhankaar, Academy Of Indian Classical and Bollywood Dance, Gurukul WA, and Uttar Pradesh Awadh Manch WA (UPAM). The event also featured a skit performed by community elders from Sanskriti Seniors, evoking applause from the audience. Adding to the evening’s charm were captivating duet Hindi songs presented by local singers. Consul General Amarjeet Singh Takhi commended the Hindi Samaj of WA for its pioneering efforts in promoting the Hindi language and providing robust platforms such as Kalam-Dawaat and Sahitya Baithak for local Hindi writers and poets to showcase their literary contributions. He also highlighted the vital role played by Pathshalla in imparting Hindi language education to schoolchildren, emphasizing the importance of preserving linguistic heritage and cultural traditions.
