The man and the burqa-clad woman who threatened Salim Khan, Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s father, while he was on a morning walk have been arrested, police said on Thursday.The accused duo said that they threatened the celebrated film writer ‘just for fun’, the police added.The man and the woman scooted away after threatening Salim Khan, who could see the last four digits of the vehicle registration number, which was 4444, and informed the police about it. The duo were later tracked down and arrested in central Mumbai’s RA Kidwai Nagar.Earlier on Thursday, when Salim Khan was out for a morning walk with Salman Khan near his Bandra home, a man and a burqa-clad woman, on a scooter, approached him and issued a threat citing jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s name.The burqa-clad woman, who was riding a pillion, said to Salim Khan “Should I call Lawrence Bishnoi?” After the threat, the Mumbai Police were alerted, and a probe was launched for the accused.In April this year, two bike-borne men fired multiple rounds outside Salman Khan’s home in Mumbai’s Bandra.
