Katie Price has revealed her thoughts on ‘surgery plans’ for her daughter Princess Andre, who is approaching her 18th birthday. The question of whether Princess will follow in her mother’s footsteps with cosmetic procedures has been a topic of speculation. However, Katie has made it clear that this is unlikely to happen. “Princess knows she’s beautiful,” Katie told the Daily Mail. “She doesn’t need anything doing and I think I’ve put her off surgery for life, which is a good thing! When you have surgery, people see the before and after pictures and they don’t get to see what happens in between, but Princess has seen.” Recently named the new face of Superdrug’s Studio London makeup range, Princess has expressed her desire to become a leading TV presenter, akin to the stylish Love Island host Maya Jama. With an ongoing collaboration with fashion label PrettyLittleThing, Princess shared her career goals in a Q&A session with followers. Answering a fan’s question about her future plans, she said: “I’ll be doing social media and private beauty training xx sooooo excited”, reports the Mirror. A touching conversation between Katie and Princess on last year’s ‘Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion’ delved into the subject of cosmetic surgery. The chat between Katie Price and her daughter Princess veered towards the subject of cosmetic enhancements, with Katie probing if her daughter would ever contemplate getting her lips done. Princess, who is often said to be the “spitting image” of her mum, humorously questioned whether her mother’s body was still mobile due to the numerous surgeries she has undergone. “I wanna say no, like you know how much surgery you’ve had… Can your body actually move? Because you stretch so much skin,” she jested. Katie, aged 46, last underwent noticeable cosmetic procedures in August when she had work carried out on her lashes and lips, but ended up resembling a “puffer fish” for some time. Junior and Princess are treading in their famous parents’ footsteps, carving their own path in the limelight. They are frequently spotted at age-appropriate glitzy events, with Junior embarking on a singing career akin to his father Peter Andre, and Princess, who bears an uncanny resemblance to Katie, making waves in the modelling world. “They’re pretty savvy,” Katie muses. “They’ve grown up in this world and they understand how it all works. They know the reality [of what they’ve read] and that’s what matters. They know the truth about everything.” “But I think things are starting to shift now. I think people are starting to see that I’ve changed through word of mouth. I’ve shifted my mindset. I can’t control what’s been written about me in the past, all I can do is prove myself.” Get the latest celebrity gossip and telly news sent straight to your inbox.
