KABANDA CHULU Lusaka PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says Cabinet has approved to amend laws so that stiffer punishment including longer jail sentences is imposed on those making hate speech and divisive tribal remarks. Addressing the media yesterday at State House, President Hichilema said Zambia is one united people without segregating on colour, language, height or tribe.
