Nina Dobrev’s recovery from a bike accident is slowly improving! More than two weeks after sharing she was involved in a biking accident, The Vampire Diaries alum shared that her recent surgery was a “success.” In Dobrev’s latest health update, she shared in both an Instagram post and Stories that she was nervous about heading into surgery. She first posted three separate Instagram Stories, candidly sharing her perspective before the operation. Dobrev has not disclosed any additional details about the accident or the exact injury and operation she endured. In the first post, the 35-year-old actress was seen in a hospital gown with watery eyes, a frown, and a thumbs down, with text overlaid that read: “Anyone else get scared before surgery? I’m such a baby when it comes to needles, blood or procedures of any kind.” The second Stories slide included Dobrev in the hospital bed covered in blankets with her injured leg poking out. “Had to get one last photo of my leg – pristine- before it’s all scarred up,” read the text overlay.
