Another day, another Jennifer Lawrence outfit slay. The No Hard Feelings actress was photographed in New York City last week in the same “I Told Ya” graphic tee Zendaya wore on-screen in Challengers and again off-screen in NYC. Initially, the look wasn’t something I expected from her since Lawrence typically goes for really minimal, lowkey pieces, but I can now say I’m fully a fan. She styled the comfy-looking T-shirt with breezy pants, one of her go-to’s, and flat black sandals, both of which are VIPs in my summer outfit blueprint. Other celebs in graphic T-shirts include Kelly Clarkson, who tucked a Spice Girls tee into high-rise trousers, and Cindy Crawford and Brooke Shields, who layered theirs under blazers. A fun, lightweight graphic tee has more character than a plain pick, and when worn with loose-fitting bottoms and cushy shoes, you’ve got a recipe for all-day comfort. Okay, so you’re not into music or movies — what about art? Abercrombie & Fitch sells a Matisse-inspired one that’s “perfectly oversized [and] soft,” according to one shopper. Funyyzo Wide-Leg Pants If both Zendaya and Lawrence wore breezy bottoms with their T-shirts, then I am, too. This best-selling pair from Amazon has some pleats but doesn’t overdo it with any harsh lines. The roomy legs have a wide silhouette that I’m constantly writing about (because celebrities are wearing them all the time), and they’re under $45. Charles & Keith Mini Gabine Saddle Bag Because I’ve always been an all-out type of person, I’m also eyeing this shoulder bag from Charles & Keith, a brand that Jennifer Lopez carried last May. It has two straps — one for shoulder carrying and one for crossbody purposes — and comes in two colors. Also, does it not make you think of Taylor Swift’s purse? And for shoes, this pair from DSW has a ruched-like look that’s feminine and dressy, which could provide a nice contrast to the rest of the relaxed outfit.
